Fred Chay, Th.M.,Ph.D, is the Founder and President
of Grace Line. He is a professor of Theology and
Biblical Interpretation,
and director of the Doctor of
Ministry program at Phoenix Seminary. He speaks
and
conducts seminars and retreats on a variety of
theological
topics. He is also a church and ministry
leadership
consultant.
