Dr. Fred Chay founded Grace Line in 2001 as a non-profit ministry designed to motivate Christians to mature in their faith through seminars, conferences, writing and speaking.

Dr. Chay is a Professor of Theology, as well as Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Phoenix Seminary. Fred has been speaking, teaching and writing on theological topics concerning motivation and spiritual formation for more than 25 years. He spent many years as a pastor and has served as the Western Director of the Christian Medical Association.

He is also an author, ministry consultant, national conference, and  seminar speaker, and has appeared on Christian television and radio programs. He has written on "The Nature of Faith in the New Testament", "Understanding Free Grace Theology", "Legalism",  "Medical Ethics" and "Social Ethics".
 
Grace Line is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors and funded through gifts and donations.
